Sandy Hill Terrace

Sandy Hill Terrace is an affordable housing community that had complete renovation to the existing eight-story building.  The exterior façade received a complete makeover.  All of the apartment units were renovated and the entire MEP systems were updated.  The existing entrance canopy was enlarged to extend towards the existing driveway and updated to match the new modern design of building.
